I got the e-mail and loaded my account with $15 back on 8/10 but never received the bonus stars. Contacted customer service earlier this morning and they manually added the stars to my account.

I had the offer in an email. I reloaded the card paying with Venmo. Did not get the stars and called customer service. The guy I got told me I needed to make a purchase to get the stars. I said I did as per the instructions to reload with Venmo. I finally asked for a supervisor who quickly added the 100 stars.

Same thing with the other folks who didn't get the stars after reloading their SB card, had to call CSR. Rep checked my account and made sure I had my Venmo hooked up and min $15 reload to my SB card. After verifying, rep manually added 100 stars which showed up instantly on my account.

Followed instructions. No bonus stars. Kinda annoyed now. Someone should put YMMV in the title because it's ridiculous to waste time and money.

Edit: customer service person just wasted my time for a while then said I don't qualify. Wtf?
