Picked up one yesterday. It was "excellent" and didn't have a box. It only came with the charger, but it is in mint condition. Only two weeks left in warranty. I submitted the online form and receipt to try to get the warranty start date adjusted. Battery was dead and after charging the charge cycle count went from 1 to 2.

Picked up one in an excellent condition today. Doesn't look like it has ever been on, probably a display unit which was kept off or something. Fantastic machine, condition is mint.

I picked up one today that was in "fair condition. It said it was damaged and missing parts. The charger was missing but I could order a new one so no big deal. The reason I returned it is the trackpad didn't work at all, even in the BIOS.

Got satisfactory 725. Had charger and was dusty af. No scratches at all. Shelf display sticker on bottom of laptop and charger. 3 battery cycles and about 40 days of powered in Time. I think it's a steal for the price. Screen is great I prefer matte. Plenty bright unless outside. Suck that 8gb is not changeable but I'm fine with 16gb in quad channel and overflow being in dual with a ram upgrade. Nvme is cheap af rn so easy upgrade there. The build quality on this laptop is insane
