These are actually great pans. I've had a set for years. But after a few years of use, some flaking occurred on the surface and I warrantied them and they sent me a new set without any hassle or having to send them back. I have another Calphalon set that was much more expensive and the non-stick performance is really poor in comparison. I warrantied those as well and they are still in the box waiting to be used the next time I have to send the oxo's in. Both are good companies that stand up for their warranties...at least in my experience!
12" is also the lowest it's ever been @ $35. I paid $50 for it a year or two ago. This was America Test Kitchen's top rated nonstick pan, too, fwiw.
I've got the 10" and 12", and they're almost -too- non-stick, lol.. it's hard to separate/remove grease when frying ground beef because it slides so easily.
8" seems a little small unless you just want to fry an egg or two.

That's not a bad idea have two sets to rotate thru when warranty-ing the pans.

For those who want a larger size, the 10" version is similarly discounted at $25.00. Surprisingly well reviewed at 82% 5 stars.

I have the 12" which I paid $60 for and have no regrets.. Have used it almost every day for 3+ years. Great pan. As someone mentioned it was ATK's top rated nonstick skillet which is what led me to it. Nonstick coating has held up exceptionally well. Good heft without being hard to maneuver. Even heat. Picked up the 10" and 8" during this sale. I don't recall ever seeing these pans priced so low.

Seems to be essentially the same pan for $2 less, and it also works on induction stoves. But I'm not an expert on cookware, so what am I missing?
