I bought the previous deal in Late Aug. Just tried to activate and all the phone has NO service plan. Now Im getting the customer service BS when I call tracfone that tracfone and tracfone ebay are different. Tracfone ebay not even responding to my ebay messages.
Please check the previous thread. Lots of people are dealing with this issue.
Or if you do order, activate soon in case you need to file a return.

I do not have personal experience, but it looks like the service problems that some people have mentioned here have been with the devices from eBay.

I couldn't reset my password since the email they kept sending out was broken. I talked to the same script reading MFers each time, no one can pass you to level 2 support (like they're life depends on it), all of them can't understand or choose not to, and if they do "transfer" you, they really mean to hang up on you. Oh, and that follow up survey just asks if the wait time was long or some bs.
I went with connect by T-Mobile. The Revvl 5 is super fast and at $10 a month, as long as I prepay 11 months, the phone is free and I get 1000 voice minutes, 1000 text messages, and 1GB of data to use for a business phone that pretty much stays near WiFi during working hours and serves as my Google Voice device.
So yeah, f TracFone.
