Do you have voltage tester for these? Or can laptops show the voltage for us using some tool so I can test all my cables and chargers. I have a suspicion some of my cables are horribly slow.

I currently have a ThinkPad T480 (soon to be Dell Latitude) for work and Dell Inspiron 7373 for personal use. Nearly all aftermarket USB-C chargers I have bought to use with them have worked just fine.
PPS is an important feature and I would suggest not ignoring it. However, it's not as simple as saying a charger has PPS so it's good. You actually want to look at the PPS specs. Oftentimes a charger that supports 100W on USB-PD (20V/5A, usually) will only support 80W on PPS (for examples 3V-16V @ 5A). You want the max PPS wattage to be as high as possible, as well as support as wide a range of volts and amps as possible (to max the chances that your device can find a match near the max wattage).
I have a newer Anker Ganprime with 3 ports on it 67w which works for the rog ally.
