is the 400 for both targeted for specific people or for most/everyone?
For the first couple of months of 2023 it was available to everyone. They starting offering it again in July but it was extremely extremely targeted.

I was 2 hours too late tp do the $400 regions one. And I can't believe despite already doing business with chase and then SPECIFICALLY inviting me to do tat $900 deal they then decline it and don'tt ell why and no way to contact them by email about it apparently.
Was the DD coded as direct deposit or online transfer credit in Amex app?
It says: online transfer / payment: credit
