This is an easy $250, but the ACH deposit needing to be from employer or government kind of sucks. My employer only allows for my entire check to be moved through a direct deposit request and not just a portion

Did anyone get an email saying this account qualifies for the $250 bonus at the time of account creation ? Just thinking in case they don't hold on to the promise, whether I have any proof.

Yes that is correct. After my $500 posted, Amex sent me an email telling me I met the requirements and how long the wait was to expect the bonus.
