This product worked great for about a month. I really liked the variety of wings and tips, even though I had to make very sure the buds were actually charging when seated in the case and the need to interface with an app for settings controls was a pain. Then, after a few weeks of use, the case no longer holds a charge. I leave it plugged in for a day, I get the three lights indicating a full charge, and within an hour of unplugging it, the case is dead. I can no longer rely on the buds being ready to use. Very frustrating

I received these earbuds, and immediately had to leave on a trip so I didn't get a chance to open them. upon my return, once I had the free time - I found that 1 of them doesn't hold a charge, and never charges past 10%. I can't even work with them to get pair together, simply because the battery is so worn out on this one. I got it (unaware to me in the order or on the page) as an open box return, and it was missing chords, and by the time I realized all of this - it was too late for me to return.
Have we figured out if this is a legit company? I am seeing a low rating for the company when I search it.

I realize this will likely not influence people, but I hope it informs some of you (see video below).
The short version is that eufy was exposed for exposing users private images recorded by their devices, including private parts. The 10 minute video below does a way better job of explaining the issue. Not trying to dissuade potential buyers, but you should know what you're getting into.

They've been around for at least a decade from what I can gather online. I bought a few SD cards from them a couple years ago and they tested as legit. That said, the company has pretty poor reviews online, mainly about their customer service when buying refurbished products. They're a legit seller, but I'd definitely purchase with a credit card with buyer protections to avoid any issues if you get a defective unit and customer service gives you problems.
not buying for two reasons, main, no one knows if this is a legit authentic seller or selling used junk as new. 2nd the reviews says the charging case stops charging within just weeks.
I've bought plenty from this seller over the years alot said refurbished but was brand new
I got a couple really nice Otterbox coolers for like $50 brand new
Been using them daily for years

Not saying the above isn't true, but Linus is not exactly a reputable source of reliable information.
While I agree with LTT not being the most reliable source for information, the Anker privacy issues were a well known issue. Linus was just reporting on information other less known people had previously discovered. On top of the way Anker handled was deplorable. They told everyone the privacy issue was fixed, only to be caught lying later.
How come SD staff are allowed to change the title of this thread? It started out as headphones and earbuds, but now it's a vaccuum? Just start a new thread...

I know what you're talking about, and I agree, but this was presented information; more like a news piece than a review, and they not only brought the receipts, but the issue was even demonstrated by a viewer during this portion of their stream.
eufy violated a lot of people's privacy, and failed/is failing to resolve the matter. You buy any eufy with a camera, your private images and more are public, with or without your consent.
I have these and briefly thought that they didn't hold a charge. What was happening was they weren't getting seated in the charger correctly and not charging. Once I cleaned it up and made sure they were in there right, problem solved.
