Just in time for iPhone 15 upgrades/purchases. AT&T has deals with costco when you buy or upgrade to iphone 15. I was able to get the activation fees waived and the order confirmation stated the $100 gift card would be sent after 60 days. There's also a mention that $50 would be applied to your account after a certain amount of days.

The fine print says minimum qualified plan is 75/mo. That's where they get you with these "free deals" - locking you in at high monthly rate for 3 yrs.

Quick math assuming you are ok with Visible/Mint at $30/mo - overpaying by $45/mo for 36=$1620, that's what you are paying for the "free iphone".

If you live in an area which has good coverage then better buy an unlocked phone and get a carrier of your choice than getting robbed by these guys for 36 months.
I have an unlocked phone & pay $20 per month for service. Can't be happier.

Currently have a 12 pro on an unlimited family plan with 4 lines with an employer discount, so the minimum $75 isn't an issue. This is really tempting, the only issue is that I want to pay off my phone early so that I can unlock it for swapping SIMs abroad. If credits are lost by paying off the card early before 36mo that wouldn't work though =/

Maybe I'll try buying a used phone online to trade in as others have said, and keep my 12 for traveling...

Ex husband is going to be removing me and adult child off of his phone plan soon. We have iPhone XR's from AT&T that are paid off and unlocked. Can anyone recommend an unlimited text/talk plan for the two of us? We have only ever had AT&T, and we were looking at all of these new phone deals, but we don't want to get locked into a contract for 36 months. We would like to get new phones, but right now it's more important to keep our monthly costs low. Any suggestions? (Sorry if this is not the place to ask.....I haven't been on these forums in quite a while and don't know if they have the same rules as before.)

Cricket runs off att if you want to be on the same network and pay $80-$90 per month. You might not get prioritized data but definitely the same coverage at least.
I have also seen a deal on att that will run you about $120-$130 for iPhone 14 Pros when getting them through Costco. And if you do want to do the deal through Costco and get new numbers you may get $200 in gift cards. I guess just check your local Costco and check the website to see when that iPhone 14 Pro for $5/mo no trade in required pops there

Depending on the amount of Data you use. You can get the ATT prepaid yearly plan for $300 per line. I think you get higher priority than Cricket.

Received my first bill, and the bill is super high. $340 for 4 lines. Triple check, and have a couple of questions:

1) Ony 3 lines got pomo credit. The other one was delivered on the same day according to the portal. Shall I call or just wait for the second bill?

2) For autopay, From No 20 - Dec 13, they gave prorated credit: $8, but for Dec 14 - Jan 13, no autopay credit. Will they give autopay credit on the next bill?

I ordered my phone on 11/18, and I already received 4x $100 GC in the mail about a week ago. It took about a month for me.
