QVC is selling Samsung Galaxy A53 5G bundled with 1 year of Tracfone Unlimited service (Unlimited Talk, Unlimited Text, and 24 GB for entire year) for $150.
https://www.qvc.com/Tracfone-65%2...19400.html
S53 5G is a solid mid-range phone, with lots of desired features. Super AMOLED, 120Hz, 800 nits display; Corning Gorilla Glass 5; 6GB RAM, 128GB memory, and microSDXC; 4 years of Android Update.
Phone unlocks 60 days after activation, and then can be used on other carriers if they whitelisted model SM-S536DL.
The price can be dropped another $30 for new QVC customers by using coupon NEWQVC30. Even at $150, this is a good deal for anyone who need unlimited T&T and 24 GB data for the year. Tracfone 1 year Unlimited Service is automatically added once the A53 is activated.

Since the plan came with the phone, you will have a very hard time getting your plan back. They always want to see when you last BOUGHT the plan.
Why didn't they just fix it in the first place? You're correct they just don't care about fixing the problem once it falls outside whatever script they have. Any sort of common sense/logic falls on deaf ears. Their goal isn't to help you at this point, but make you give up through whatever means possible. The best recourse IS an informal FCC complaint which is very much free and was extremely effective for me.
Tracfone CSR is so horrible it should be criminal.

Seems pretty easy to prove your losses, since the losses you incur is very much given.
If people only think about is too expensive to fight injustice, the future just gonna be worse, and likely even harder to fight. Injustice is like a weed. Is a pain to pull it off, but you don't do it because is a pain to pull it off, and leave it, if you finally decide to do in the future, is gonna be a much harder pain than if you had pull it out in its infancy.
Yes I could, but remember it's a game. They can appeal and appeal to avoid paying until you are bankrupt.
Even if they don't appeal, most people using TracFone are poor, no way they have $5k laying around
Am interested in the A53 since the bundled plan works perfectly for their needs. Can I swap the two plane. I want to do that since I plan to wait 60 days for the A53 to unlock and then sell it. And continue using the the plan with came with the A53 on Moto G Stylus.
If yes, can this all be done online?

If you wait until the Moto G Stylus is unlocked, you can DIY [reddit.com] this online. Transfer service/phone # from Moto G Stylus to A53, wait 60 days for A53 to unlock, then transfer everything back to G Stylus. It will take longer, and also require you to use A53 for 2 months (if it's not a spare phone).
