Carmel Camel camel shows this normally goes for 30 to 35 bucks. Only in the last two months has it dropped this low now and once in August

If you look at Kasa products on Amazon, most of them have these deals, and that's because they inflate the price and then run these promotions to make it seem like sale.

Neutral wire makes it so it's smart home compatible. If you don't have or don't want to use a neutral wire then you have to use a Smart home hub. They make regular motion sensors switches that doesn't require a neutral wire if you're just looking for a regular motion sensor switch.

I just Google "Lutron Caseta" and all the ones I clicked on all said "natural wire required" or needs a smart hub. Are your's smart switches?

Yeah they're called smart dimmer. It requires a hub but it doesn't require a neutral wire.
