I am comfortable buying from the seller, want to hear from anyone who owns this, I don't trust Cuisinart reviews 😂
I just sent the cut power cord picture to them to get a warranty replacement after the display went out after a year. While it worked, it was always 50 degrees hotter than the setting. Good luck

I have this model, the dial can start spinning too much even though you barely touch the dial itself. Also the pan warps very easily. I have used the warranty once though from the dial issue. My second one is great and no dial issue so far and combined I've had them both for 2 years. It does run a little hot as well, so if something says to air fry at 400, I'll do 375.

I have gone through three units with this issue. They make me each time cut the cord, share pictures and then dispose the unit (it's their warranty process). Patiently waiting for the current one to go bad lol

After cutting the cord, If the unit still worked, I wonder if people just put an new plug on it and keep using....

My first one was the previous model. It just randomly stopped working. Replaced with this model a year ago. The dial now is unruly and one segment of the digital display is dead.
It's disappointing because this is hands down the best form factor for an air fryer and they are awesome when they work properly.
I have this model as well. It cooks really well, but the controls are stupid and not intuitive. To air fry nuggets, you have to turn one dial all the way to the last option and then turn the other knob, and then press a different button. I know that's sounds simple, but it's really dumb and fiddly in real life, and I've had friends not be able to figure it out. Still a great deal and worth it.

Ya they are legit. I did a iphone last year and another one last month…. All good!!
I've seen good reviews. Big thing to look for that the seller legit / certified. This way you know it's from the brand themselves.
