I am not getting free shipping. My order is over $25 but the only shipping options for the plants is $9.99.

Thank you for checking. Shipping for this item seems to be free only for Prime members and Non-Prime accounts are subjected to shipping fee without a threshold.

I purchased the 3 pack of these from a SD post recently. They arrived in excellent condition and soil still moist. I've planted them and they are doing well.
