Another way to look at it is you're getting a discount on the TV if you finance because money has value over time. Even if you could buy it outright, throwing that cash in a Treasury bill gets you 5% annually
Adding from the previous 77" thread…
Got 77" for 2105 before tax, including extra 10% from chat and $100 credit for tv trade in. Don't suspect it goes lower this year.
Mine arrived, but was cracked and no picture. Have to return and reorder, no replacements through Samsung.com. Also have to wait to get the price match to the reorder until after second order ships. They appear to only ship on Fridays so waiting a week for all of it. Huge pain.
It's a big discount but I probably won't order direct from Samsung again. This is the case where I may well wait until BF now and buy elsewhere.
Finance the TV at 0% and put the money in Treasuries or CD

I have a student account and see $2249 with the discount. Did you get the rest purely through customer chat? Can you stack referrals too?
I ordered during Black Friday week, when it was $1999 for AAA/EDU/EPP + $200 samsung credit.
I then used a 5% referral code to get $100 off and an additional $25 off for using the Samsung app, bringing the price down from 2K to $1875.
I chatted with a Samsung rep just before purchasing to get the 2 year Samsung Care+ added, and then found out about the additional $100 today, which is only due to the delayed shipping issues.
Samsung has since increased the EDU/EPP (AAA is no longer discounted) price to $2249, and the $200 credit was only available for a week. You should still be able to get 5% off referral code, $25 off for using the app, and 2 year warranty via chat.
FYI I was also able to get $50 cash back from one of the cb sites, even when ordering through the app.

My S90c order from 11/22 for 77" shipping date got moved from 1/1 to 1/11, basta**s already charged my chase card on 12/12 instead of 11/22 which made me miss the chase offer which expired on 11/29, $200 lost from chase offer due to Samsung delay, this is going against my plan, might cancel the order and wait for next year BF deal as I am not in a hurry.
Has anyone received their 77" s90c yet? Shipping by Samsung has been embarrassing. I was scheduled to be delivered by 1/1. On 12/31 I received an email that I'd need to schedule delivery with RXO, a third party shipping company.. I called RXO and they said the earliest delivery date would be 1/9. I took that date, but the rep must have not inputted it correctly, because I got a couple texts the next two days to schedule the appointment. Now my delivery date is this Friday 1/12. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly and the TV has no defects.

I bought my 77in s90c this morning for $2069.99. Still showing this price when I log in
can you upload a receipt for speaking to chat to match?
This came with free care+ warranty when chatting with rep and I still have some minor skepticism about panel lottery for s89c
