Plus the biggest difference is probably that it can't be attached to a television. Handheld only.

Smaller screen and no detachable joy-cons so if (when?) you get joy-con drift you'll likely have to send the entire unit in to be repaired vs just replacing a joy-con.

Nintendo updated it many many times over two years and the current game is completely different then when it was launched soI honestly have no idea what you are talking about.

There is also a rumor of another surprise update for when LEGO Animal Crossing sets release next year.

Isn't the game normally like $50 on its own? It seems like that would make it a deal even if the total price is comparable to the normal price for the lite on its own.

I bought the bundle. There's no download code included. Logging the Switch Lite into the eShop will add the entitlement to your account.

FYI there is no code. When activating your account you will get a prompt telling you there is a product attached to the system, and it will ask if you want to activate to said account.

Question: I think my daughter would probably prefer the blue color. That one is called "Timmy and Tommy edition" while the coral color is "Isabelle edition". Does that branding carry over to anything other than the color? Anything in the console or Animal Crossing game?

Yes, the game makes this a good deal. Four of my six kids have switches (2 OLED/2 Lite) and every one of them wanted Animal Crossing. My youngest now wants a Lite (littles break things so they get the cheaper option for now) in Coral and the Target version of this made my day.
