The statements that the M5 is "plug and play" are definitely overselling this printer. Although assembly IS very easy, and the build quality is good - the software is not. You'll be watching a lot of YouTube videos and going through a lot of trial and error before you master the skill of making the model stick to the print bed. The software won't do it for you. And, unless you're only looking to print "support free" models (which would be extremely limiting) - prepare to either use 3rd party software, or spend hours cutting off supports to get your plastic printed goodness.
Also, having worked with Anker support - it's really bad. The tech support person will read a few words, refer you to prepared scripts on how to do things completely unrelated to solving your problem, you'll try to explain that they misunderstood you, they'll send another set of instructions on how to fix something unrelated to your problem... Eventually, it's possible to get a part replacement that you need, but the process has sometimes took me over a month and countless attempts to explain a technical problem to their understanding.
Still - it's a good printer. All the ones that I know of have their sets of quirks, and Anker's are no exception.

Also I noticed there is a 20% off coupon for certain bundled items if you get them together with this.
