5ah batteries make the front page when they sell for $50. So if you value the batteries at $50 each, that makes the tool itself $50+shipping. I don't think it's ever going to be cheaper than that.

If you don't need any more batteries, you can sell this one on Facebook for $50 easily. I got some pruners, saws and other junk in sales like this. Never had issues off loading the extra batteries.

apparently you have to create an account with their website first, log in, THEN add to chart and check out. i didn't run into this issue because i was already logged in. this is new. i don't think you had to log in before

Thanks, got one ordered and shipping was only $19 to UT. Thought about getting the grinder but didn't want to spend that much. Lots of awesome deals on the site for Dewalt stuff though.

I got this for $11x or so on clearance from another store; its pretty good cuts through most things easily and fast, and I hardly use up the 5ah. Its easy to disengage the safety and doesnt take much effort to hold down the trigger like my old trimmer. This is a good deal

Bomgaars regularly takes orders it can't fulfill then cancels days later, I wouldn't bother unless you don't mind being disappointed.
