1 month and counting until the new season starts...
Any ideas on how this seasons going to go? The only previews/clips I've seen is Jack wondering around what looks like Arizona, and he answers his cellphone "How did you get this number?" I have no idea what's going to happen... and that's what i love

I got chills when the drone was looking over Jack, and Chloe said: "Shut it down." Static and out! Plus the clock counting backwards to 00:00:00. Fascinating!
Like I said about a week ago. I felt very satisfied with the ending. They can leave it and never do a movie or another season ever again and I will feel like the legend that is Jack Bauer lives on. Or if they decide to do a movie or another season, they have a solid cliff hanger built in with Jack on the run... from everybody!
I do have a question for all the fans though. If a movie is made, how will it be pieced together? A movie cannot be "events happen in real time" unless they only want the time elapsed to be 2 hours. But then, the movie would not stay true to the title "24". Conversely, if they make a normal movie and get rid of the "events happen in real time", that would make it just like any other movie and it wouldn't feel like a Jack Bauer flick.
I honestly don't know how a movie could be made unless they reinvent 24 altogether!
The only bad part is that Fox might replace this with a worse show.
What a finale! Im glad that Pres. Taylor did the right thing and didn't sign the treaty. I gotta be honest, if it was me in that position, I would have signed it and moved on. She will be impeached and possibly even thrown in prison for a long time.
I really thought that Jack was going to kill the Russian President. He is, after all, the shot caller and everything happened because of him.
The end was good, but it made me want more. I don't want 24 to end...

About the movie, I think it's already been confirmed (more or less) that "24" will be about 2 hours long. It won't be in real-time, but the entire movie will show a 24-hour period.
Here's [ew.com] more about the movie - an interview w/ Executive Producer Howard Gordon.

Thanks for the incredible 194 hours of "24" (including that 2-hour "Redemption" movie), FOX!

I REALLY really hated the Logan suicide ... it doesn't fit the character at all ... he's WAY too cowardly ... although suicide is cowardly, there's NO WAY that character does what he does. That part was not well thought out ... and Chloe should have stuffed the disk up her va-j-j ... now that would have been hot ... then have Prez Taylor give it a lil sniff before she played it .. like wtf ...

It would've been nice if Taylor called Ethan to say she was wrong and needed his help. At least she told her midget assistant (what's his face).
To DWells who said Jack went overboard in killing so many "innocent" people in his quest to get revenge and the truth, I thought Jack answered that part well on how he said he only killed those who were involved in the plot.

don't quote me on that though.

With regards to Logan killing Pillar being "weak", he did it prior to anyone knocking on his door. I believe his intentions were to kill off the man who has the most information on Logan and get out of there. After shooting Pillar, the President comes knocking on his door resulting in the inevitable from Logan.
