no it's not. the power output of the 6ah is way higher than either the 4ah or 5ah. on some tools, like grinders, the difference in output is like 25%. this 6ah battery uses samsung's 21700 30T batteries, which are like lithium batteries on steroids.

if you are are using high torque impacts, grinders, 7-1/4" saws daily for work. you should be using this 6ah battery

There's another deal at Home Depot with 2 batteries and 2 free bare tools.

I'm planning on returning the batteries since I don't need them, but the tools end up being <100
