Nice deal, but I'm waiting for a deal on the regular Ultra. This LT is the cheaper version that lacks Dolby support.

Roku Ultra LT appears to be Walmart specific - this may not include the pro version of the remote that includes the remote finder feature.

Same processor and same ram in Ultra and Ultra LT. Less features and downgraded remote for sure.

but for anyone concerned if it is discontinued or unsupported, it's still a "current" model:

"Roku is currently manufacturing these products and they are fully supported."

Depends on your TV. Does it have, or can you install the apps you need/want, and do those apps work OK? Personally I don't think Roku devices give the best picture on a decent 4k TV, but they're cheaper than many alternatives and you can get the Spectrum app, which isn't available for example with FireTV.

Yeah, I can install the app I want. Already have YouTube Netflix, etc. I just have been wondering what roku device is for

If this has the new remote stay away. It is ass! Constantly dies , remote stops working randomly, randomly shuts off, it's been a nightmare ever since I've gotten the new remote. Stick to the old battery powered one.

Roku uses Roku OS you can't put anything on it that's not from their store. If you want a cheaper android box get a Amazon Fire tv

What do you use to stream to the roku? I use Plex and I only ever got errors for HDR. Did you try direct streaming? Often it's the decoding that causes issues.
