Fingers crossed that you get the dealnod

If you go for 2 phones you need two different emails for the deal to work

ask the rep for 2 different orders

IMO do not give the email you use on a daily basis if buying at Walmart
Why do you need two different emails? I got two on Sunday night. I got one at first, then decided I would get a second one. The WM rep said something about a different name, but didn't have any problem reusing my email. Both phones rung up correctly with the discount.

EDIT: Haha, I just checked my paperwork. She entered my email incorrectly on the first phone, then made up a johndoe1212 email address for the second one. Good thing I don't have a need to add either one to a Straight Talk account.

I placed Order on Straight Talk with 35$ plan when it is selling for 49$ on November 6. Order status still showing as Waiting for Remote Fulfillment. Credit card already charged 6 days ago but no luck. Called multiple times Straight Talk CC every time the guys will say wait for couple minutes and stay online and finally calls gets disconnected. F..k this CC on Straight Talk .. Warehouse team don't have clue on what is happening on the order. Full time waste ...
Same here, but I got one from a local walmart. I will refuse the delivery if they ship. But it appears I have to file for a charge back.

Just got back from Walmart, they had two of them is all. I just got one. The cell phone rep was super cool, super quick, he said I can get whatever plan I want to get the $49 price but I have to get a plan so I went with the $35 plan, came to $99.XX out the door, took less than 10 min for everything. He said you need a year of service to get it unlocked, I didn't ask he just said that so hopefully that's not true. From reading this thread seems everyone gets it unlocked after 60 days.
Just text UNLOCK to 611611, and wait for the reply. You will be happy with the reply.

I went to Walmart today and got 4 phones all with 35$ plan. Requested unlock for all of them and all returned message saying it will be unlocked by 01-14. Walmart employee knew exactly what he was doing. Funny thing is that the same store 1d before didn't have the phone or maybe the guy at that time didn't know what was the deal anyhow keep going in to the store to try to get the deal. I tried with straight talk online ordering and didn't succeed.
I thought it was limit of 2 phones. I'm now tempted to go back and get a couple more.

I just hope it unlocks properly after 60 days and I can use it with my T-Mobile service
Somewhat similar, I got a couple of free iPhone 11s from Tracfone earlier this year. After they unlocked, I gave them to my wife and daughter. We popped our T-Mobile SIMs in, and everything is working just fine.

In case it wasn't clear, Tracfone and Straight Talk are sister companies, so the ST phones should work very similarly.

The rep I talked to said it was 2 phones per day limit for in-store Walmart deal. I wanted to buy three phones and the phone rep said to come back tomorrow to buy the 3rd phone. I decided just to drive to another Walmart and buy the 3rd phone instead.

I bought mine for my son but I see someone already selling this in my area sealed and locked to Verizon or Straight Talk. How would that work since they gave their name and e-mail to buy it at Walmart? Unless they bought it on Straight Talk's site before you had to add a plan.

Thank you, though I was no asking how to unlock Metro, just ensuring if I ported there Straight Talk would still unlock later.

BTW, I decided against trying the port to Metro after seeing that it charges sales tax on the "purchase price" before instant rebate. So tax on $600 rather than $50 in this example. I thought Walmart charging sales tax on $150 rather than $50 for this iPhone SE was bad...

My s23 FE was $99 plus $40 plan fee + $7 sales tax, which seems like the tax is only on the $99 and not on the plan as my state/county tax is 7%

My Walmart charged me tax on the $149 and on the plan, it was $15 tax, I was like what? The guy didn't know why so I figured it was on the $149 and the $35 plan.

Your fake johndoe email a gmail? My rep did the same with johndoe, I bet they've been told to do it that way, cause that's a weird coincidence.

Every state taxes these things differently based on what the state calls it (rebate/coupon etc). Not WM's fault, they follow state guidance.

Must be some type of workaround they use to just speed up the selling process instead of dealing with actually asking and entering the customers email.
