Item description says this is actually a 12" wok so it is a little on the small side, ideally you want a 14" wok

Woks are made for high temperature cooking and flames. Traditionally woks always had round bottoms -- flat ones being made to appeal to western kitchens.

As the OP stated Babish only makes 1 wok (that's what's in their Amazon store, so likely it's a typo)... or I'll be receiving an item that doesn't at all resemble a wok... Smilie

The product images on the listing show a label that clearly shows it as a 12.6" wok.
I doubt anyone went through the effort of faking it for the listing, so they clearly make more than one size.

The 13 inch is exclusive to Walmart so that's why it can't be found elsewhere.

Even the ones with the small flat bottom area still doesnt heat up the sides like a flame does. It's like using a small pan with huge wings.

We use a outside burner when using the wok.
