The terms say you need to buy the 3 months directly from mint mobile. Doesn't say you can buy from Target or Best Buy. I hope you can but terms say buy from Mint

I checked with a Mint mobile agent and they said there is an issue with their system and the offer is not working right now on their site. She said there is no promo code. The 3 free months should be automatically added to your cart. She suggested trying again in a few hours.

Afaik you have 45 days after purchase date to activate but it's not a hard deadline. You can try to activate after 45 days but may require calling customer service and plead ignorance. So it's ymmv and kinda risky

Since you bought your sim from Target, you won't be able to get the free 3 months. So you need to request a refund for your sim now, but we need to order the buy 3 get 3 promotion now from our website so you will be able to get the free 3 months

I only got 3 months. I've contacted their customer service 3 times and they all told me I didn't qualify and it doesn't start tell Nov 19th. even though the terms say Nov 12th. Edit: I called and they said that the website I'm on is not mint mobile because they don't have a Black Friday deal going on currently

My previous 3 month sim expires in dec.
And unlike last year where I bought the sim at full price, this year I took advantage of Targets 50% giftcard refund.

So last year it was like 50% off because of this b3g3 deal.
This year it's 75% off 🙂 (I think)
