The terms say you need to buy the 3 months directly from mint mobile. Doesn't say you can buy from Target or Best Buy. I hope you can but terms say buy from Mint

I checked with a Mint mobile agent and they said there is an issue with their system and the offer is not working right now on their site. She said there is no promo code. The 3 free months should be automatically added to your cart. She suggested trying again in a few hours.

Target is currently running $15-45 Target Gift Card Promo until Nov. 19th. You should have waited after 19th to activate the sim.

I purchased my 3 - month 5GB plan in-store from Target (Also, received a $15 Target physical gift card) and then, I went online and during activation it told me I received an addict al 3 - months free. I suggest you speak with Mint Mobile chat or phone support, if you're not getting the 3 - months.

It helps if you actually 'read' promo terms before activating the sim.

The current Target Gift Card promo ends on 19th. If this year were like last year, Target is 'probably not' going to promote free 3 month promo until their current promo expires on 19th.

Plus like other commenters have mentioned: Mint Mobile is not officially promoting this until 19th too. Thus, the actually start date may change. 🤷 ♂️

Rep said I am not eligible as I purchased today, and offer starts tomorrow. I asked for refund because offer web page saus 11/12 as starting validity. Submitted refund request. Will repurchase tomorrow. Hour of my life spent on this messed up deal.
