Don't forget about the headrest mod. Makes this chair very usable.
I am eagerly waiting to replace it prior to the new year as it has been an incredible disappointment.
Approximately a year after having bought it the fabric on the seat came undone from the frame and it had to be returned. Which they did a fine job of exchanging but it took awhile to get the replacement.
The armrests have quickly torn since purchase.
The back refuses to stay upright.
The pneumatic is slowing giving up over the course of the last year and I find myself sinking.
Feels like a giant waste of money.

But I agree 5% annual inflation rate is accurate and not too bad (forget about the gov't data which is lower, that is a lie).
1.051 ^ 10 * 91 = 149.6
BTW I can tell you that this chair is still working good after a decade. I changed the cylinder. The surface of arm rest is peeling. But still standing strong.

It is a comfortable chair, but the inability of adjusting headrest height is a little drawback on this.
I ended up with removing the head rest as the height of the head rest is awkward for me when sitting up right.
Overall, it is good and holding up good (I am not sitting on it all day long though)

I am about 5'9" ~165lbs. This thing is rock solid. No discomfort when sitting in it for 8+ hours per day. I like the recline ability and how I can control how much force the recline option provides.
The only issue I had was that the armrests are made of a dense foam and started to chip/crack two years ago. I called the manufacturer and and providing my Staples order confirmation from 2017 they sent me new armrests no other questions asked at no cost.
This chair is great. I would absolutely buy it again if I need a new chair.
