- Pay off installment plan from MyAtt app or at att.com. You can do this as soon as activated/device ships.

Edit: AT&T chat is closed on the weekend I called reseller support and they refused to cancel the line and said I had to wait 30 days. I had to port out to another carrier.- Call *PORT on the new iPhone to get a porting pin. You also need your wireless account number (displayed when you login to att.com).
- I had a great experience porting to usmobile.com for their 50 day free trial. Just sign up and fill out the details including port (AT&T Postpaid, account number, port pin). Transfer completed in minutes!

- We haven't found a way to unlock the iPhone 14/15 like we did the 13 because it has an eSIM assigned that gets activated on boot, and no physical SIM card. Also the phones are showing Verizon locked and not flex reseller policy. It will automatically unlock 60 days post activation however.

After 5 hours I tried again and it's went through. No cancellation yet and it's been 20 hours now at this point. Luckily it hasn't been sold out or high in demand to the point of door buster style. I'm Verizon with upgrade if that helps.

Plan is to get phone, activate, and try to get esim transferred to my android phone. Then iPhone is unaffiliated with plan. Then try unlock. Then cancel plan within 14 day policy. I am still nervous about Walmart not sending the gift card if I cancel service.

In reality its more like 17% if you factore in value of TGC. Target has a promo where you buy $100 gift card you get a $15 Target card. Purchasing with red card it costs $95. So you are getting $115 in value for $95 which is 20/115 so it equates as 17% if you value a TGC as cash. I don't because unlike WGC, the $15 gc won't get you 5% on their jacked up prices, so I value it at $14.25. Still close enough though to call it a 17% discount

Be careful with cancelation before you receive the phone. It still need to confirm but i bet all the phone ship to us is flex policy so it need to activate on US cellular network.
Hopefully the eSim swap work, let us know how it turn out. When do you suppose to receive your phone ?
