As mentioned, the display resolution is higher and Pentium Silver N6000 CPU is much capable in the Costco deal. That also included 1-year MS 365 subscription.
In addition, the RAM in that one us upgradable, which will SIGNIFICANTLY improve the performance and user experience.
Both of them have empty M.2 NVMe SSD slot for upgrade though.
If is upgradable ok but it ain't since they copied apple go to electronic waste just donate it to Africa would be better tax write off
You have to get i5 or higher for reasonably fast real world time speeds.
What I mean is working on excel, word, surfing without delay/lag.
CPU: Celeron N4020, Cpu mark: 1559
It is very painful to run Windows 10 or Windows 11 with low RAM and slow CPU.
The only upside is you can install Ubuntu and forget about Windows OS.

I've bought way too many of these Black Fridayish low spec notebooks over the years chasing deals. The initial "deal-thrill" of getting a complete new notebook for around $150 or so quickly vanishes when you ask it to do anything more than the most meager tasks and everything goes into slow motion with the weak CPU buckling at the knees. At that point these "deals" rapidly become unexpandable, frustrating doorstops of no use to anyone. Learn from my mistakes. Don't saddle yourself or someone else with these doorstops. Get a decent notebook. Avoid these crippled machines.
If you must get a sub $200 notebook the 2-3 year old Dell i5 and i7 refurb deals when they are running the 50% off promos are a much better way to go.
I have 2 machines with n4020s in them and they are unusable. Don't get it, it's not worth having. They are now just test machines for software at work, because I don't need to have any sense of speed for them there.
However, I have a tablet with an n6000 with 4gb of ram in it and the thing is my favorite night/bed time browsing machine (although I do wish it had 8gb). It gets at least an hour usage a day and can actually run light games like Terraria and Super Meat Boy and even does OK for upto some Gamecube emulation. The n4020 can't handle Terraria and barely handles n64 emulation and browsing is painful.
But of course, everyone is different and has different tolerances for usefulness.
Are you using the HP tablet 11? Do you have S mode enabled ? I am afraid to disable S mode if there is any performance impact, since it cannot be undone.

Plus Costco is much better to deal with if you have a problem. 👍
Plus, the Costco return policy, extended warranty, and support.
Want more? How about a 1-year subscription to Microsoft 365 and 1 year of McAfee total protection for one device.
