I have the 100 ft kit but did a lot of research beforehand. The power supply included in the kits will only allow for the max of 150 feet. If you attempt to chain additional strings, the lights will flicker or not even light up from what I've read. Solution is to buy multiple kits and plug them into separate outlets and use the app to sync the different kits so they behave as one.

I own 30 different Govee products and I love them all and I love the company and their customer service is second to none. Govee hosts their own products on Amazon and works with Amazon. That's why the prices are the same but they are not always exactly the same. If you plan on buying more Govee products in the future, or you think you might, you won't get rewards points buying on Amazon but you will from their website FYI

I'm assuming these use 3M VHB double sided tape from the mentions in the reviews. That tape will stick no matter what so long as it's going to a clean surface. If you want to have success, buy yourself a bottle of 95% rubbing alcohol and wipe (and dry) each spot before you glue it.

Haven't used it for these specifically (although I bought and this is my plan), but I've hung other things on aluminum here in the Northeast and they're still going strong years later.

agreed. I ordered these in early October on prime sale days but returned them as soon as the PRO version announced and came with warm and bright white lights, single strand wire, smaller bezel around lights, apparently some new refracting of the light to make it looks better. all wins. except that they are out of stock since release day basically. I luckily got my second set delivered last week and just completed my install. 125ft run Easy process.
