I liked it and definitely worth it if you enjoy the main game. New skills are unlocked in the skill tree and it has the best boss fight of the series. Oh and Sam Witwer plays a 'mustache-twirling' new villain that you love to hate

If you have a PS5 system and the Horizon FW physical disk, you can upgrade to the PS5 version for free, and then buy the DLC. But the DLC is PS5-only, so you can't buy/play it on a PS4 system.

I thought it was excellent and at this price it's well worth it. It unlocks leveling and adds a great new weapon which in itself was enough for me. I managed to finally complete all the skill trees and using all the new skills is a hoot. As for the story line, it's very good and entertaining. The new frog machine is fun to beat. There's also a few cool Easter eggs to find.

I got it for $10 a month ago so if you are willing to be patient I'm sure it will go on sale again. However, at this price I'd bite the bullet. Think of the extra $3 as a tip for the great game developers.

The only folks that gave it a bad review are the folks that didn't like the love story which I think is really lame. Even if you aren't a fan of that ending the rest of it is excellent so to base your review off of that is completely unfair.
