Does D4 play exactly the same on console vs PC, or is there a benefit to playing it on PC? Maybe because of all the keyboard shortcuts, etc?

For me there is no 10% off Frown but ordered it though. $460 after tax and after 5% red card discount.. But i got approved for a red credit card, so i am hoping to get the $50 signup bonus but don't know when. If they give me the signup bonus then is it is $410 Please Please
