May be a dumb question, but I live in a townhome with 3 thermostats (one per floor), two HVAC units outside, and one in the attic. Can I just buy 3 of these and install? Are they plug-n-play? Or will I need to have my system recalibrated somehow?

If your current thermostats function independently from each other, then these should be pretty much direct replacement. Keep in mind though that installation of these thermostats is done through Alexa (easy to do, but you need to have Alexa).

Not exactly plug and play. You will need to make sure there is a C wire to power the thermostat at each location.

My problem with two of them was the temperature was off by 2 degrees and no way to calibrate it.
$31 is a steal.

If you don't, you can get an external adapter to power the thermostat.

Something like that, it will plug into the wall outlet and then you wire the thermostat to that.
