i just bought this to change my air filters and some higher shelves. if you plan on using it FOR ANYTHING ELSE this is NOT the ladder for you. It's plastic and does not feel safe.

I saw an all metal version at costco for $5-7 more. get that.

I'd have to disagree with you. I have the same one (from back in the golden age a couple years ago when it was slick for $10) and it feels plenty sturdy.
I'm not going to do plyometrics workouts on it but I've done SEVERAL OTHER THINGS besides stand on it to change a filter.
That being said, it's solid but nothing special. Didn't think it was slick for $25 but decent for $20 if that's the best you can do these days.

This isn't a ladder. It's a step up (no pun intended) from a simple stool. Get it for the people that like to use chairs just because they're convenient. I got one of these for the MIL for Xmas a few years ago because she was one of those chair people. I have something similar to this on each level of my home so there's no excuse for stacking shit to climb on only to fall and get hurt.

I hate this ladder, every time I stepped on the top step the ladder would sink suddenly.

Bought this and found it by my apartment's mailboxes... as is. Just the ladder and the manufacturer label torn and off to the side. Home Depot had shipped the ladder as is?

A picture or it didn't happen.
I think it's a very common practice. I received a plastic trash can with just the UPS label on it. And one time Amazon shipped a 25 lb of Rice with just the USPS label on the bag. Most clothes nowadays don't ship in Boxes, only inside those gray bags.

I got a metal one of same brand 7 years ago for like $8 at Lowe's, still the great ladder for shelf stuff. But this plastic is not worth $25

I bought this ladder last year for around this price. It is really sturdy and durable. My partner who weighs almost 300 lbs used it to help fix our gutters and it held him no problem.

I use it for tons of stuff around the house - and it cleans up really well if you do use it outside.
FWIW ladders are required by OSHA to be able to carry 4 times their rated capacity. I realize this is not technically a ladder, but it does carry a Type rating so I believe it would fall under OSHA rating rules. e.g. this thing should be able to handle 900 lb.

Wait until you have tires shipped to your house. Literally UPS labels taped to individual tires.

You'd be surprised how many people consider returning things a "hassle." My SO always kept her stuff from amazon and nordstroms. Showed her how easy it was making amazon returns at UPS (don't even have to print or box anything) while she gets her expensive ass coffee (another battle for another day) and she is finally starting to make returns after shopping at amazon prime for years.
Meanwhile, I always label and box my Amazon returns at home so I can skip the line at the UPS store and just drop them on the counter.

Just received. Also came without any packaging and lots of deep scratches in the white paint.

Amazon wanted me to return a memory foam Mattress that did not expand fully. The best I could do was roll it a bit and used a rope to tie it up, no box or anything else.. UPS picked it up. I wonder how it looked when it got delivered.
