Based on a 5'6" person.
I have the 18' version already but it's not tall enough for the highest part of my ceilings at 13ft.
18ft Stepladder dimensions:
-Stepladder Min Height: 4ft. 5in.
-Stepladder Max Height: 7ft 5in.
-Max Reach: 11ft. 3in.
A typical American second story gutter is 20' up (plus or minus a foot) and this ladder is just shy of 19' tall (actual length). You need a foot or so (3' if climbing on the roof) of overlap above the gutter plus a bit more to account for the lean, so unless you have really low second story gutters, this ladder isn't going to help much.
