MiniLED paired with VA gives much higher contrast ratio than MiniLED paired with IPS. If you want close to OLED level of blacks without the burn in from OLED, you want to go with VA MiniLED.
Because VA panel that Samsung uses have poor viewing angles (but with the benefit of much higher contrast ratio than IPS panel). So the curvature will mitigate the poor viewing angle a bit, especially for something like 32 inch monitor.

Just wondering why there is such little activity on this monitor. Isn't this a really great price for a very good monitor? I just picked one up for 599. Not sure why people are not more excited about it.
I picked up two on cybermonday for $587 dollars each. Saved more than 1,800 dollars . Not sure why this didn't get much traction. Oled pannels next year will probably cost triple but not produce triple the value in my opinion

Impulse bought at this price yesterday (mil pricing). 100% overkill for my needs, but hopefully the build quality is solid and it lasts long enough for my PC upgrades to come close to getting full use of the monitor's specs. Nothing wrong with my Gigabyte M27, just the SD effect ðŸ«
