The total of the discounted gift cards from newegg was $375. That bought $440 worth of Microsoft gift cards to cover the purchase price on the Microsoft store. Microsoft price matched the $440 down to $349.

The chat agent was perfectly reasonable. I uploaded a couple screenshots and she came through. Being polite probably goes a long way with something like this.

Ok thanks for the clarification. Now it's time to contact Microsoft but obviously they are closed at 1:30 am. Surely they will price Match me tomorrow when I contact them as I have a current local pickup order at Walmart for $349 and all the email correspondence.
