Great price. Note that impedance is 4Ω, so make sure that your amplifier can handle that.
I agree, amazing deal. I will also mention that the speakers are back firing, so that can be a problem in a cabinet as they move a lot of air.
You would likely want to move these to the front and shift the Debuts to the rear. These are the line above the Debut series with drivers which promise lower distortion and higher dynamic capability. I don't know if their perceived in-room performance matches that, but these are 3-way bookshelves built to a higher MSRP than the b5.2.

Could these pair well with b5.2 debuts in front?

How does the center compare to the UC52?

I used to have the flooestanders of these. Great bang for the buck, but two things to be aware of. These are power hungry so make sure your amp can solidly handle a 4 ohm load. I don't think you need anything insane, but a cheapy receiver won't cut it. The second is for me, the flooestanders broke up too easily. They were amazing with jazz and simpler music, but I also listen to some pretty heavy music and I could tell these were struggling at higher volumes. I think these would shine in a smaller room, but may not be great for a large space if you listen loud.

Had these for years. Worth every penny at twice the price. 4ohm so make sure your amp is at least 6ohm impedance and has some good wattage if you want to crank them.

These are good speakers for home theater. I only have 2.0 set up but they have decent bass. For listening though , I prefer KEFs because there is less fatigue in long sessions. These can sound nice with tone controls. When you factor in the price, this is definitely a no brainer deal.

The debut reference are considered above the uni-fi ub5 right?

The 62 is flatter and has less box distortion at higher volumes.

BUT, BUTTTTT.... If you don't push 85+ db, this set has a rounder sound with more cohesion. It also has a very tame treble response for less fatigued listening.

Anyone have insight into how well the center speaker would pair with front speakers not from Elac?

Currently running phantom center with a pair of Polk XT60 tower speakers.

Know general best practice is to match center and front speakers when possible. Unfortunately, the Polk XT centers are MTM configuration which supposedly perform poorly off-axis, so looking for a good 3-way center to add to my HT setup.

I have the center and it's very good. One thing to be aware of: It's rated at only 85db/watt, so you'll want to balance the output of this with your other speakers in the "Speaker Setup" (or whatever it's called) in your AVR. Otherwise, it's gonna sound very quiet compared to your mains.
