Chase is unable to win the dispute, apparently they are siding with the merchant.

Yup. Same exact non-sense here with Chase and they're just as bad as Amazon in their response letter now denying my dispute and siding with Amazon.

Despite me sending all the chat dialogue and screenshots confirming the promised priced adjustment by Amazon when purchased at the higher price, Chase just provided a copy of my Amazon invoice showing the higher priced transaction and that I had agreed to that higher price at the time of purchase and thus I'm SOL. So stupid.

I wonder if there any legal routes through this such as small claims court since this is absolutely ridiculous when you have all of the supporting info and essentially Amazon baiting and switching.

Do call Chasse again and re-open the dispute. That is what I did. They made me write a letter and upload it to the document center. I'll PM it to you.
