I am on their grandfathered simple choice plan. When i called recently to add my 6th line, they said they could add a 7th line for free plus 2 free motorolas edge as well.
New line is listed under my One Plan account with $0.00.
Also, if you go to Plan Details page you should see "Line Discount ID230289 (Additional Lines) under applied discounts and promotions.

That's a different promo, for BOGO (Buy One, Get One) where you add two lines and only pay for one of them.

I talked another agent, said no promo added to line, so cancelling line. They dont see chat conversations of first agent who provided free line.
"Thanks for confirming, upon checking it here, it seems that the account is currently out of coverage of the discount since there are lines that is currently receiving discounts in your account."

I am in the same situation and would like to know as well. I messaged Tforce since 10pm yesterday but have not heard back from them yet.
I am on the Simple Choice plan.

So they're telling me that they entered my email into the next batch of availability and I should receive an email when my account becomes eligible.
