This shows up as a Challenge in the app. If you don't have the challenge, you will not get the Cravings box. The exact parameters of the challenge are to buy any item in the Taco Category of the app, any item in the Burrito Category, and any item in the Breakfast category in one or more orders by 12/28 at 11:59PM PST to receive a free cravings box. The least expensive options are exactly what is stated by the OP, but you are not limited to that if you would prefer something else. You can also do it in 3 separate orders.

Whenever I try our Taco Bell locations all I hear is "what happened" and "oh no we don't do that" They don't even honor the TV commercial deals here.

I completed the challenge two days ago, and I finally received an email today at Noon stating that I had met the requirements for a free cravings box. It's also in my rewards in the app.

Never got the free craving box. I ordered the 3 items, and I thought that I will get rewards for free craving box but never got it.

I also tried add craving box to the 3 items but it's never free.

Sent a message to customer service to reimburse me.

In one day (two visits) I bought hash browns, breakfast burrito and then a hard taco and cheesy bean and rice burrito. The challenge did not count as completed. I have since emailed taco bell about this issue. Not sure if you have to click through the challenge both times (I only clicked through on the breakfast purchase).

I used to eat a lot of Wendy's 5-dollar biggie bag and a free Jr. Frosty with the keytag for $5.41 here in Houston. All the Wendy's owned by that operated raised prices to $6 now.

Fortunately Taco Bell has the $5 Chalupa Cravings box. Chalupa, burrito, taco, cinnamon twists and drink for $5.41. I substitute black beans instead of beef, not a bad deal while it last.

And I never get targeted promotions, maybe they know I eat there regardless...
