This could be an isolated issue. I think is the delay in the processor, not keys connector issue. Could be caused by the Bluetooth connection. Don't know. Can't really find anything on the Internet.
Returned to Costco. The package is rather compact. Fits in my SUV just fine.
Yup, got this a few weeks back pretty much NIB for under $300. Bench was still sealed in the box

There is two versions..the old model and this new models piano has high polyphony
Can you give some example models
Roland FP-30x would be a lot better than this. I also like some of the Casio models. PX I think it is. 3000
BH Photo has the S360 bundle with wood stand and bench for $675. Without stand it is on sale everywhere for $499 ($490 at Amazon.)

I was debating this Roland, which is basically the FP-10 (slightly upgraded) vs. the next model up Roland FP-30x or the more comparable Casio model (that has the Bluetooth MIDI), and the comparable Yamaha.
I decided not to go with the FP-30x deal from adorama; It's an upgrade but it has the same keyboard (PHA-4). The better speakers on the FP-30X, more tones, 1/4" outputs did not seem worth it for me. The 30X does support an upgraded 3-pedal attachment, while this FP-10 only supports the single pedal. The adorama kit has a low-end X frame, bench, and pedal. For me having the proper stand was worth it. The matching stand goes for about $150, so disregarding the bench and pedal (I have a better bench and pedal already) then this puts the piano itself at $350 + $150 for the stand adding up to the $500 value. I was able to pick this up; I wouldn't have bought it if I had to pay the $90 shipping.
This is primarily for a kid who is taking lessons and should be practicing on a keyboard with hammer action. We may outgrow this eventually but for now this deal is just what I was looking for.
