How can you go wrong with a $29 notebook, refurbished, no longer receiving updates or not? Even if it just opens a browser window it's good. Depends on your needs.

I picked up one of these for a song. Hasn't been worth it. I did get Fedora running but it's pretty much 100% frustration. Well built and tough though. A lot of screws need to be removed to open it but well laid out and easy to work on. If you are really looking for a project go ahead but I warned you.

are you sure the ram is up-gradable? it's usually not on these school models.

I would not want it with 4gb...

although i do have a dell with 4gb I use it on my treadmill playing uno (through fb no ads for some reason) I woulnd't want to use it for web browsing.. one page would be OK but
I soon open 3 or 4 tabs and that's too much..

it probably would play roblox but kids tend to want touch screen for that i think..

I would avoid.. unless touchscreen and mem upgradable
