Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Pretty reasonable all around. 14th gen coming will keep these prices down for awhile. Would've bit if it was the MiniLED model.
I wish it was the mini LED too but that's only available on the overpriced (and not on sale) 4080 and 4090 models.
This has a very good IPS screen though. Good price for a solid laptop, but with CES around the corner, new 2024 laptops with better CPUs and GPUs (4070 Super, 4070 Ti Super, 4080 Super) are coming soon.

There won't be new laptop GPUs at CES. laptops will primarily have the same GPUs they have now. Laptop GPUs usually don't come out before desktop ones do. There will only be new Intel CPUs which don't make any difference in performance. Only slightly better at power efficiency.

NVIDIA is announcing new GPUs on January 8 at CES, 3 days from now.
The only thing you're right about is that laptop GPUs don't come out before desktop GPUs, but I never claimed they did. I only said that new 2024 CPUs and GPUs are right around the corner. Unless someone is in need of a new laptop now, it might be worth waiting a month or two for new laptop CPUs and GPUs.
Are you aware of any new laptop GPUs launching? All the reports I've seen have said that Nvidia isn't planning to launch any new laptop GPUs this year.

I don't think Nvidia is launching 5th gen GPUs this year CES. Its rumoured for launch in Q4 2024 or Q1 2025. Only the Super version of current desktop GPUs will be launched in CES 3 days from now.

When did I say NVIDIA is launching 5000 series cards this year? Oh right, I never did.
There are rumors NVIDIA pushed up the release date for 5000 series to counter AMD's rumored RDN4 / 8000 series cards at the end of the year.

"new 2024 laptops with better CPUs and GPUs (4070 Super, 4070 Ti Super, 4080 Super) are coming soon."
Yes, but you did claim that new laptop GPUs are coming soon. None of the GPUs you listed are laptop GPUs, and there is no indication Nvidia is launching any new laptop GPUs this year.

Didn't we have Super versions of GPU for one generation?
