I'm no nutritional expert but a handful of nuts or a bowl of oats are prob healthier

I think your missing the point, would you prefer something with 40g carbs and 18g sugar and 250+ calories? Get a snickers bar lol
This is pretty low sugar and carb and being non GMO snack
