Overall, all-in-one units are amazing in their convenience and efficiency, but they introduce some new quirks that you do need to get used to. I personally don't think i can ever go back to any other type of unit.

I called for warranty service but they were scheduling 1 month out so I decided to research and try some stuff.
Long story short, on the one that was working fine the drain hose was routed like a "N" and the one that wasn't working the drain hose was routed like an "S", I rerouted the drain hose so that they are both "N" and now both machines are working exactly as expected. I couldn't believe something so simple worked but we've ran a dozen loads without issues.
I sent a suggestion through the app to have set dry time like every other dryer in this universe. Too much emphasis on efficiency and the moisture sensor if you ask me.

I also have the N shaped hose set up by coincidence and haven't had issues. Definitely something interesting with the drain hose set up. Here's another thread about the drain hose question. https://www.reddit.com/r/Appliances/s/Ed1JUmL6qZ

Update: Second dry only cycle ran for over 7 hours before I shut it down. There were small patches of water below the pedestal. Clothes were dryer than earlier but still damp and no where near done. There was lint in the lint filter this time and the lint filter casing was not as soaked as earlier. Any other users with the same issue able to resolve without having to turn to the warranty?
