Be careful when signing up. I clicked to have the coupon emailed to me and used the email link to sign up. It didn't mention the promotion but I wasn't thinking too much about it since it said in the email the sign up link would apply the coupon. Entered all my information and signed up for both the checking and savings account $900. Accounts setup.
A few hours later I was wondering if the promotion was really setup. I go back into the webpage and click on the sign up link and it says "We're applying your offer." I click on the link via the email and it does not say that. I sent a secure message asking if the promotion is really linked to my accounts or not. I have a feeling I am just going to have to close the accounts. I'm glad I didn't fund them yet. I probably won't hear back till Tuesday or Wednesday.
Edit: Chase via secure message was able to manually add my coupon. It shows the $300 for checking and $200 for savings in the app as a bonus tracker. Hopefully the last $400 will come also after both of those are confirmed.

If it did it over a year ago you are good to cancel them. I believe it was 6 months back then. Now you can cancel right after the promotional money has been deposited.

Unless your never is **specifically** for Chase, your answer is patently false.
Chase is notorious for that imo. They pay no interest and try to suck people in with bonus offers like these that are at best imo hit or miss.
