I grabbed a Refurbished 14 inch M1 Max with 64gb Ram, 2TB SSD for 2099.99 + tax instead of this. I think M1 Max still is a better choice, unless you'd want Apple Support for a longer period of time. I guess people may still prefer this product, because it is brand new and also it is a 16 inch.

Best Buy just had the 16" 36gb 512 M3 Pro down to $2280 open box last week. Might want to watch for that sale again if you want this config on the new one.
