Byw, it's cheaper with a TV bundle (if u need a TV. you can't use referral more than once. if you cancel an order, that's it.)

I would encourage people to do thoroughly test their speakers since they come with a 100 trial. Listen to a lot of different types of content. Don't just resort to Mad Max or any action movie as your baseline. Many speakers with a sub make any action movies sound good. See if you're happy with the sound. Many soundbars might fall short in the mid range. Superstition by Stevie Wonder is a good one I've tried a few soundbars and that song resides in a place where the sub isn't really active and since the soundbar produces no low end mids, it sounds like a song played by loud, clear laptop speakers. I've read that q990C owners commented that vocals are hollow and harsh, so really see if you are satisfied. Remember, these were $1800 so be subjective at first. Hopefully Samsung doesn't just keep increasing MSRP with each line lol. Yes $760 is a steal but still expect a lot for it.

Also, some recommended settings. I've followed someone who defaulted to the Standard settings to use the equalizer to make the speaker sound more full, but ultimately landed on Adaptive EQ sound mode: Spacefit enabled, voice enhancement on (not voice improvement setting), enable improve low tones, up the treble a tad

You can get those 9500s for $75-100/pair open box af best buy pretty often. Plus you can add them later after you decide if you really want them.

I own both, if you need rears definitely spend the extra for 990C

Just pulled the trigger. Hope I'm not disappointed. Hope it pairs nicely with my 85' qn90b. Have a Harman Kardon citation muliltibeam 700 coming in tomorrow. Will compare the two.

I bought a q60cc (same as the 600c, 3.1.2 not a q60c) for $160 with 2 year warranty on eBay. Rears can be added for under $100 if I want at some point. Sounds plenty good for my home and leaves lots of spending dough for other stuff.
