In my mind, this is entirely bait and switch. Sell you a $1400 phone and now your credit disappears after your return window is closed. I know none of it is on purpose, but their response is so upsetting. Spectrum just refers to Assurant as "they" as if they don't choose who they do business with. Scapegoat 101 and it's maddening. I wouldn't be so upset if the reasons were VALID, but no one can tell me why it's rejected and they all just make stuff up - damaged, screen, IMEI, you owe money. They just tell you whatever to get you off the phone.
It is clear cheating with the customer and not to hear the customer. So it is indirect civil fraud to specific customers.

Definitely conflicted though as I really like the S24+ and the extra storage makes the choice more difficult.
My screenshot for the approved Trade is attached.
Unfortunately I also sent in a note 4.
