Where can I get a 1000 inch
Heads up these are usually fixed sized displays so you'll need that 100-120 inches of screen/wall
Reminder in case anyone is considering this and doesn't yet know: the light source in laser PJs are currently not user replaceable so the 2 yr extended warranty means you'll get a minimum of 2yrs life out of this projector just like if you bought it new making these a really decent deal if you have/can get a screen of the model's specific size. (Also of note these are both pixel shifting models that max out at 4k@60fps)

I agree, if this was the price 2-3 years ago for triple laser ust, it is very very tempting. But now with 100' tv becoming more mainstream and affordable, this is starting to make less sense. The fact is getting thr projector is one thing but u would also need to put a ton of money on the console and screen which will add much more to total cost. Of course 120" screen is really nice but it probably won't be a good all day driver product unless u spend even more money to set up a darken room setting. Now that hisense introduced the 110" TV, this will eventually be less favorable in a couple years. I do own a projector that gets me about 135" so I am in the game of projectors and I have always been in favor of projectors for the screen size experience.

Where can I get one of these mainstream 100 footers?

That's a 98" tv, not a 1000" tv. I'm holding out for the 1000!

How is the return policy with buydigg? I'm very tempted to upgrade my jmgo o1, seems like this would be way better but I'm worried about getting a dud

whats the point of paying 1500 for a refurbished 100" projector setup with constrianted setup parameters vs a brand new 100" hisense/TCL "budget" TV that still will destroy any laser projector picture for 2k without any of the placement headache.
Well.... IDK about a TV destroying a projector.
There are certain aspects in which the projector might perform better. [youtu.be]

If I already have a 110" screen will I be able to get this configured to work, or will this only throw at a 120" or 100" size based on the model?

Understand that 100" tv's being more reasonably priced probably makes my 110" irrelevant in the near future, but this would be a decent upgrade from my current UST projector.

Have a 120" projector(replaced 100") in a dedicated theater room...that we redid 2020
IF a 100" TV had been available(at today's prices) it would have been a NO brainer.

Had considered our 85" Sammy q8dt as a theater TV but not big enough...so it's in the family room.

Most likey will just replace the 85" with 100" and repurpose theater.
(theater rooms) are not as much as a selling feature anymore with affordable 100"+ TV's

This is what I'm thinking at this point.. I figure if I can go another year or two 120" will be "reasonably" priced.

To add to the pros and cons argument of TV vs Projectors…. Projectors always feel more like movie theater and the light is not as harsh to the eye. I always enjoy how "soothing" the projector imagine compare to my OLED that feels like looking at thousands of light bulbs.
