89C has legs instead of a pedestal stand, otherwise identical.

I've had this TV for about 7 weeks or so now. Great TV, but just got a stuck-on pixel dead center. Tried all of the stuck pixel tricks, pixel refresh, etc. It's still there. Not too noticeable in most shows, but of course now my eye is always looking for it.

Absolutely this. It's competes with the C3 so getting it for less than the B3 is a steal. It's effectively the same TV as the S90C.

I am going to be moving in three months and will be looking for a 77in TV for the new place. I don't mind buying now. Is this deal good enough where it's worth buying now and holding on to it, or will I likely see similar deals if I just wait?

And the S95C is effectively the same as the S90C?

I have been waiting for an additional G3 price drop but this is super tempting.I almost snagged an S95C via the EPP deal but the idea of the oneconnect box issues made me not.

S95 is brighter but not significantly so (esp for the price diff) and the one connect box

yes but s95c has One Connect box which I have heard breaks fairly often. Don't get the S95c

Yes 77" oleds are never this cheap - esp w this newer QD-OLED panel. The sony alternative is prob 3x this price.

I can't stand how Sammy doesn't do Dolby Vision. I know it's probably not that huge of a deal compared to HDR10, but if I'm spending this much on a TV, I just want it to check that box. I would buy at this price for sure if it had DV.
Stop with that nonsense. Unless you are using Blu-ray only for the TV and even then you won't notice a difference. I have a C3 and Sammy 55 S90C. No difference

Dolby vision is not that great for me...rather dim and a dirty filtered look....I don't think it's a deal breaker

Bought the Samsung s90c from Samsung with epp for $2069 + tax. Of course buying from Samsung is a pain in the behind, my tv is delayed more than a week and I'm still waiting for it. Bought my house 18 months ago and was waiting patiently for a good OLED deal and I felt that price was good for the s90c. This s89c is the exact same tv, and it's $1799.......the wait is over. I will be rejecting the s90c delivery when it comes. Going to pick this up now, thanks you! If anyone else is debating, the s89/90/95 are the best TVs out there. You don't need Dolby vision, in fact, most people on YouTube (not my opinion) feel that content on HDR10+ looks better than DV in a decent number of scenarios. The normal person probably won't notice. This has 2000nit peak brightness, the best LG competitor of C3 is 1000nit. Don't even blink twice, grab this.

Anti burn-in mitigation has come a long way, but if you leave the same static images on your OLED day in and day out, you'll inevitably notice burn in. Mini LED/LCD TVs are better for general purpose viewing. If you had a dedicated theater room, the OLED would be better choice.

You missed out. I believe you had to use a referral code in addition to getting a 10% discount code from a Samsung rep. I'd personally take the free two year Samsung Care+ warranty instead of 10% off. That's what I did with the S95B 65" and QN90B 85" last year during various promos.

QD OLEDs can't compete in size. The biggest QD OLED is 77". The picture quality is better on QD OLED, but you'll notice the smaller display size. I still haven't upgraded my LG C1 77" from 2021, but the G4 83" is tempting. I think you'll love the 83" WOLED. Lastly, I have the S95B/S95C 65" so I view and consume content on WOLEDS and QD OLEDS quite often.
There was never been a 1500 s90c 77 inch. Even the one with the 200 Samsung voucher did not come down to 1500.

Not sure where you got that false info from

Lowest it has been $1900 with a free 2 year extended warranty/or wall mounting service. (Minus a little cashback) And for one day they had the TV on sale for $1900 with warranty and $200 gift card but they jacked the price the next day
